In the beautiful surrounding in Tućepi yesterday a City Games qualification was held. There were three teams competing for the colour of the medal and the best team was nice competitors from Ninja ratnici, Makarska, achieving 20 points. The second best was home team Tućepi with 15 points, while Neretva run from Metković took the bronze for having 4 points in their account.

 

The event started with Junior Games, when 4 teams participated in three different and very funny games. All kids were perfect and they played the best they can in front of the great support of their parents and friends. Good atmosphere continue during the main event.

 

Teams competed in six games – flying waterpolo, barrel race, tourist rescuing, donkey race, sack race and tug of war. Makarska took the lead in the beginning and didn´t lose it until the end. They were the best in flying waterpolo, barrel race, donkey race and tug of war, while the best result in other two games achieved Tućepi, with very good time 1:08 in tourist rescuing. Winning the event Makarska deserved the ticket for the Croatian challenger, where they will fight for the way to the national final.

 

RESULTS:

1^st place: Ninja ratnici, MAKARSKA – 20 points (red)

2^nd place: Tućepi, TUĆEPI – 15 points (green)

3^rd place: Neretva run, METKOVIĆ – 4 points (dark blue)
